Lead technical program delivery around data infrastructure, regulations, and tooling across our client's T&S Consumer Analytics team.
Develop and implement the team's data infrastructure strategy, identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
Partner with T&S Analysts, Engineering, and Policy teams to design scalable technical solutions.
Drive the team's AI transformation journey, including defining the current state, future vision, and change roadmap.
Improve and scale internal tooling and resolve technical inefficiencies.
Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans and outcomes.
Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Build and influence strategies around scalable data solutions.
Tooling Improvements: Drive fixes and improvements in internal tools.
AI Transformation: Lead initiatives on embedding AI into the T&S ecosystem.
Advanced SQL (non-negotiable)
Python (working knowledge)
Strong understanding of data engineering and ability to engage with data engineers meaningfully.
Proven experience in technical program management, especially in data-focused projects.
Ability to simplify complexity and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
Background or familiarity with Trust & Safety
Exposure to AI, automation, or transformation initiatives in technical environments.
