In-house Sales Agent
We are working with a FMCG company in Dublin and we are looking for an in-house sales agent to join our friendly sales team.
This is a full time, permanent position. This is a Monday to Friday.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Managing in-house accounts (circa 200-300 customers), assisting field reps with key
accounts to increase sales.
· Electronic Data Input - Ensuring all orders are accurately processed on time.
· Upselling products both on the phone and through email with our customers and
· dealing with regular customer pricing.
· Assisting, revolving, and managing customer inquiries and liaising with other
departments.
· Maintaining customer databases and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Required skills & Experiences:
· Articulate with a friendly telephone manner.
· Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
· Strong attention to details and multitasking abilities.
· At least 2 years' experience in sales and customer service in the FMCG (Fast-Moving
· Consumer Goods) industry (not essential but desirable).
· Self-motivated and likes working in a team.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
