We're partnering with a leading IT consultancy in Dublin City Centre that is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / People & Culture Coordinator to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative, close-knit HR environment where you'll take real ownership of core HR processes and support a busy People function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the HR inbox and escalating queries when needed
- Leading the onboarding and induction process, including: Creating job specs,Scheduling interviews, Preparing contracts and Delivering fortnightly inductions for new joiners
- Supporting offboarding: organising exit interviews, calculating leave, arranging equipment return
- Maintaining accurate HR data in the HRIS system and employee records
- Assisting with day-to-day HR admin such as drafting letters and preparing documentation
- Tracking probation periods and ensuring timely review reminders
- Assisting with employee engagement activities like wellness initiatives and team events
- Ensuring compliance with right-to-work checks and GDPR requirements
About You
- 1.5-2 years of experience in HR coordination or strong admin experience with a desire to grow into HR
- Friendly, team-oriented, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple processes independently
- Experience in a tech environment is a plus, but not essential
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. BambooHR) is helpful - full training provided
- Must be available to start immediately
