Sourcing Manager - Cork

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. The Sourcing Manager will play a key role in sourcing and identifying key talent for the organisation across Europe and the US. This role is a 12-month contract position and is ideal for someone coming from either agency or In-house background.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand key requirements for the projects/roles
• Develop sourcing strategy to deliver key talent for the organisation
• Sourcing and screening candidates for all open roles within the assigned business division.
• Using in-depth sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc) to identify talent for niche roles.
• Delivering excellent candidate experience at initial stages of the recruitment process.
• Proactively promote the organisation on LinkedIn in order to build the Employer brand.
• Other TA projects as required.

Experience required.

• Third level degree qualified with 5+ years working in recruitment
• Proven track record in deep sourcing in various aeras.
• Expert in LinkedIn, Boolean searching and other sourcing methods
• Excellent inter-personal skills required.
