We are recruiting a Senior HR Associate with experience in the financial services industry who is ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR-related queries from employees across the region, offering timely and professional guidance on HR policies and processes.
Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including coordinating welcome processes and exit feedback.
Assist with leave of absence cases and ensure compliance with family-friendly policies and internal procedures.
Play an active role in performance and development cycles by coordinating review timelines, gathering insights, and supporting employee relations matters.
Partner with internal recruitment teams to align on hiring needs and ensure smooth coordination of mobility and relocation processes.
Contribute to the delivery of training and development initiatives by helping identify learning needs and organising relevant sessions and resources.
Support broader people strategy projects such as compensation reviews, promotion cycles, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
Review and enhance existing HR processes by identifying areas for improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and policies in line with regional regulations and company standards.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in a generalist or HR Associate role, with practical knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
Background in the financial services sector (essential)
Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms, particularly Workday (essential)
Immediate availability to start
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
A collaborative and dependable team player, eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving HR function
