HR Executive - Dublin City Centre | Permanent | Professional Services
We're partnering with a leading professional services firm in Dublin City Centre that's looking to add a HR Executive to their growing HR team. With over 200 employees and a collaborative working culture, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, varied HR role in a supportive and structured environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong HR administration experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle day-to-day tasks with longer-term HR projects.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a key point of contact for staff on day-to-day HR queries (leave, policies, benefits, etc.)
Managing the onboarding process from start to finish, including inductions and coordination with internal teams
Drafting and updating HR documentation - contracts, letters, reference requests, and more
Keeping employee records and the HR system up to date and audit-ready
Supporting recruitment processes: advertising, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer documentation
Handling benefits-related admin including Bike to Work, Tax Saver schemes, and pension forms
Getting involved in CSR initiatives and liaising with local schools for student programmes
What we're looking for:
3+ years' experience in a HR support or administration role, ideally within a professional services or corporate setting
Strong knowledge of local HR processes essential
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems
Confident communicator with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
A HR or CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
