    We are delighted to be supporting an international, technology-led organisation in the search for an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner on a part-time, 3-month temporary contract. This project-based role will focus on reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures across the company's Irish and UK operations.

    This is an ideal opportunity for a senior HR professional who is returning to the workforce or seeking part-time, flexible work that can fit around other them. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning HR practices with current employment legislation and driving consistency across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a comprehensive audit and review of existing HR policies and procedures.

    • Lead the rewrite and redesign of the HR manual to ensure compliance with up-to-date Irish and UK employment legislation.

    • Provide expert advice on HR policy development, implementation, and compliance matters.

    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure new policies are practical, relevant, and clearly communicated.

    • Maintain and track changes to documentation using Excel and other appropriate tools.

    • Act as a subject matter expert on evolving employment legislation and HR best practices.

    • Deliver accurate and professional HR documentation tailored to both jurisdictions.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or Senior HR Generalist role.

    • In-depth understanding of both Irish and UK employment legislation is essential

    • Strong background in policy writing, HR compliance, and documentation.

    • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written communication skills.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working independently.

    • Confident, proactive, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
