They are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their team and partner with senior operational leaders, providing commercial insight and financial expertise to support business performance and strategic growth.
With offices in Dublin 11, they are operating with a hybrid working model and would be offering a competitive salary and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial finance support and performance insights.
- Lead weekly reporting and review monthly management accounts, ensuring timely, accurate and commercially focused analysis.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning, challenging assumptions to drive profitability.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring strong financial controls and audit readiness.
- Support operational initiatives, cost management, capital expenditure and branch performance reviews.
- Champion finance transformation, process improvement, automation and digital finance initiatives.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3+ years' experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence decision-making.
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Copilot skills.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience within wholesale, retail or foodservice is highly desirable.
