Job Summary
Our client, a leading global organisation is seeking a Payroll Generalist for 12 months (initialy). This position plays a core focus in payroll administration support in a busy payroll function.
- Location: Blackrock, Dublin South
- Hyrbid: 2 days onsite / 3 remote (oniste for inital training weeks)

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and administrative records to support people-related operations.
- Timely processing of high volume payrolls for 6-7 IRL entities on a monthly basis
- Assist with payroll-related processes, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Maintain and update employee information systems and workforce management tools.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR processes, systems, and policies.
- Manage and respond to queries received through shared HR communication channels, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Coordinate employee benefits and related activities as required.
- Produce ad hoc reports and management information using available HR systems and data sources.
- Support HR leadership and wider teams with operational and administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection, governance, and risk management standards.
- Contribute to HR systems improvements, projects, and operational initiatives as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven payroll experience working in payroll (required)
- IPASS payroll qualification or equivalent (nice to have)
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with effective organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, supported by strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving when required.
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
