Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate performance management for high-value contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain performance records, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scorecards.
- Support strategic contract planning and pipeline management to meet timelines with clear, measurable objectives.
- Validate cost changes and negotiate scope adjustments to achieve best value; ensure suppliers meet agreed standards.
- Manage invoicing, financial reporting, and key outsourced services like waste management to hit efficiency targets.
- Implement SOPs, contingency plans, business continuity, and training for resilient 24/7 operations.
- Benchmark against industry peers to adopt best practices and maximize value across contract lifecycles.
- Partner with functions like finance, legal, risk, and insurance to align contract terms.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- At least 2 years in contracts, performance management, or similar roles.
- Experience delivering SLAs and performance frameworks.
- Familiarity with tender processes and procurement.
- Proven relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and attention-to-detail abilities.
