About the Opportunity
A leading, full-service Irish commercial law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
This role is focused on high-stakes real estate disputes, commercial and residential Landlord & Tenant matters, enforcement of security, and corporate insolvency litigation before the High Court and Commercial Court.
Key Responsibilities
- Landlord & Tenant Litigation: Advise commercial and residential property owners, institutional landlords, and corporate tenants on lease renewals, rent reviews, forfeiture, vacant possession recovery, and covenant enforcement.
- Real Estate & Security Enforcement: Represent property owners, financial institutions, and credit servicing firms in security enforcement, asset recovery, title/boundary disputes, and professional negligence claims.
- High Court & Commercial Court Advocacy
- Insolvency & Restructuring Disputes: Advise insolvency practitioners, receivers, and liquidators on contentious property matters arising in liquidations, receiverships, and examinerships.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Qualification: Qualified Solicitor enrolled in the Law Society of Ireland.
- Experience: 3-6 years PQE with demonstrable experience in commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and landlord & tenant law.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting skills, commercial pragmatic judgment, and experience managing disputes for corporate clients, financial entities, and property owners.
