AML Analyst - 6 Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced AML Analyst to join a large-scale remediation project supporting a leading fund administration organisation in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AML professional to gain exposure to a significant remediation programme within a complex financial services environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing and remediating existing client records, ensuring AML and KYC requirements are met to the required regulatory and internal standards.
Conduct detailed AML/KYC reviews and remediation of existing client and investor records.
Review customer documentation and assess information against relevant AML and KYC requirements.
Identify gaps, discrepancies and outstanding information and coordinate appropriate remediation.
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and, where required, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Review customer risk classifications and escalate higher-risk cases or potential issues appropriately.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all remediation activity.
Work to defined project targets, quality standards and deadlines.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and relevant teams to obtain outstanding information and resolve queries.
Ensure all activity is completed in line with applicable AML legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Support wider project reporting, tracking and quality assurance activities as required.
Previous experience in an AML, KYC, CDD or client remediation role within financial services.
Strong understanding of AML/KYC requirements and customer due diligence processes.
Experience reviewing client or investor documentation and identifying information gaps.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately across high volumes of data and documentation.
Comfortable working to deadlines and project-driven targets.
Strong organisational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
