A premier Irish law firm is expanding its market-leading Litigation & Regulatory practice. The firm handles top-tier Commercial Court disputes and serves as the primary legal advisor to Ireland's major public bodies, financial institutions, and energy regulators.

An new opening now exists for an ambitious junior litigation associate (1-3 year pqe) seeking exposure to high-stakes, nationally significant Irish and EU legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigation: Manage High Court (Commercial List) disputes, superior court cases, and ADR.
• Regulatory & Public Law: Advise on statutory investigations, enforcement, judicial reviews, and EU compliance.

Requirements

• Qualification: Solicitor with 1-3 years' pqe in Commercial Dispute Resolution and/or Regulatory Law.
• Background: Trained/experienced at a top-tier Irish or international law firm
• Skills: Excellent academic record, strong research and drafting ability, and sharp commercial awareness.
