The Role
Our client's Financial Services team is highly respected for its expertise. The team assists clients in managing transitions and adapting to the ever-evolving regulatory and political landscape. They provide support in structuring, documenting, and executing transactions involving both listed and unlisted debt securities. The team is composed of professionals with experience in both private practice and in-house roles within the businesses that structure and originate these deals.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-5 years of post-qualification transactional experience in debt capital markets, including structured finance and securitisation.
- A strong focus on client service and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- A proactive attitude with a collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Collaborating with clients on the drafting, compilation, and legal review of offering documents, including prospectuses, for both EU regulated and exchange regulated markets.
- Listing debt securities on Euronext Dublin and other leading stock exchanges, with a focus on EU regulated and exchange regulated markets.
- Establishing and documenting Irish law ABS note programmes and managing ongoing issuances.
