Working with a prestigious client base of large institutional investors, international private equity funds, and major global retailers, this is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious 3 to 7 year PQE Solicitor to take a hands-on role in premium commercial property matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial real estate transactions, including high-value acquisitions, disposals, and financings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, commercial leases, and ancillary legal documentation to safeguard client interests.
- Advise high-profile clients on strategic property matters, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Lead comprehensive due diligence processes.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted, commercially focused advisor.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with between 3 to 7 year PQE.
- Strong academic background with superior technical and drafting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Commercially focused approach to legal problem-solving.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative while working seamlessly as part of a collaborative team.
