Business Program Manager (Contract)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 11 months
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional programs. You will own key program areas, drive priorities, and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams, ensuring successful execution of initiatives that improve workflows, processes, and product outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder management, and can translate business needs into structured program deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive program goals, roadmaps, and prioritisation aligned with stakeholder needs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across localization, product testing, engineering, and analytics teams
- Translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into actionable inputs supporting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and delivery against expectations
- Establish and track processes, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring accountability across teams
- Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive data analysis and insights, providing strategic, data-driven recommendations
- Develop and monitor program metrics and OKRs, ensuring progress toward business goals
- Facilitate effective meetings and communication across varied stakeholder groups
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including workflow transformation and automation
- Ensure compliance with relevant privacy and governance policies
- Support post-program reviews, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in program management within cross-functional environments
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership
- Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and understanding their translation into PRDs
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and process optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Experience in localisation workflows or processes
- Background in product, engineering, or operational program environments
