Your Role
As an Emerging Talent Recruitment Administrator, you will work closely with the Emerging Talent and wider Talent Acquisition team to attract and select high-quality candidates for our emerging talent programmes. You will also support broader recruitment initiatives aligned to the organisation’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Emerging Talent Strategy
- Promote and communicate the unique developmental opportunities offered through entry-level programmes
- Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and social media channels
- Maintain and support emerging talent data administration and reporting (Excel-based tracking)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including universities and schools, to maximise programme reach
- Source and screen candidates, identifying suitable applicants for hiring manager review
- Conduct telephone screening interviews where appropriate
- Coordinate interviews, administer Assessment Centres, and organise wash-up meetings
- Support the development of high-quality assessment materials
Recruitment Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and archive electronic and physical personnel records in line with Data Protection policy
- Generate offer letters and contract request documentation
- Keep up to date with recruitment and HR legislation
- Promote a risk-aware culture aligned with organisational risk appetite
- Demonstrate organisational values in all interactions
Reporting & Operations
- Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity
- Manage candidate communications, including monitoring the recruitment mailbox
- Process invoices as required
- Support ad hoc HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A genuine interest in understanding the motivations and mindset of graduate and emerging talent applicants
Desirable
- Third-level degree in Human Resources or a related Business discipline
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards a formal Recruitment qualification
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong data management skills, including experience with Excel trackers
- Ability to network and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
