About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy operations team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and high standards of safety and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety procedures and standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for delivery and collection
- Ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are checked correctly
- Follow all goods receiving and dispatch procedures
- Handle and store stock carefully to minimise damage and maintain stock integrity
- Assist with stock checks, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy
- Report delivery, stock, or operational issues to management promptly
- Support general warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as required
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a warehouse environment
- Valid Manual Handling certification
- Current Forklift Licence required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis
