About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation supporting high-volume recruitment activity across multiple hospital sites.
This role will involve full ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and have strong experience managing recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full end-to-end recruitment campaigns for internal and external vacancies
- Support high-volume recruitment activity across hospital sites
- Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with policy, legislation, and best practice
- Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and contract administration
- Manage Garda vetting and pre-employment compliance processes
- Use Workday to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records
- Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support workforce planning activities and recruitment forecasting
- Build strong relationships with agencies, academic institutions, and external partners
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment attraction initiatives
- Support onboarding and induction processes in collaboration with HR teams
- Analyse recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5-2 years' recruitment experience in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role
- Strong experience managing compliance-heavy recruitment processes
- Experience using Workday is essential
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred, though candidates from other industries will be considered
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and organisational capability
