Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a leading Irish infrastructure organisation to recruit a Strategic HR Business Partner for an exciting growth-focused opportunity based in Dublin 4.
This role sits within a collaborative and evolving People & Capability function and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams during a period of significant organisational growth, transformation, and workforce expansion.
Initially offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract, there is a strong likelihood of permanency for the right candidate given the scale of future growth planned across the organisation.
The successful candidate will operate as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic and operational HR support. The role will have broad exposure across organisational change, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership support, and people transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives and organisational priorities
Supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities
Providing guidance on employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
Supporting organisational transformation and change programmes
Leading and contributing to key HR projects, including performance management transformation initiatives
Collaborating closely with Centres of Excellence across Talent, L&D, Employee Experience, and People Operations
The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong HR Business Partner experience within a large, complex, or regulated environment
Experience operating in both strategic and operational HR capacities
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational change and transformation exposure
A collaborative, adaptable, and commercially minded approach
