An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a high-performing People function on a 14-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support aligned to organisational priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will support key people initiatives across employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, reward, organisational development, performance management, and HR strategy.
This role will suit an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a collaborative, commercially focused environment and is comfortable balancing strategic partnering with hands-on delivery.
