Exciting new opportunity for a Snr HR Generalist/HR Executive to join a leading organisation as they embark on their growth journey. This position will play a key part in supporting the People agenda for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the senior leadership team on all people related matters.
- First point of contact for all HR related queries.
- End-to-end recruitment for the company ensuring key talent is identified and secured.
- Supporting senior managers with Performance Management and Talent Management agendas.
- Responsible for delivering HR metrics on a monthly basis.
- Advising on implementation of new HRIS system.
- Coordinating and delivering training modules in line with agreed training goals.
- Other HR projects as required.
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified, HR or Business-related degree.
- 3-5 years' experience working as HR Generalist
- Strong systems knowledge and capability.
- Highly organised with excellent inter-personal skills.
