Job Purpose
Morgan McKinley are working exclusively with a well established packaging and manufacturing company who are seeking a driven and proactive Field Sales Executive to their growing team. This role combines managing and nurturing existing client
relationships with identifying and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and increasing market share within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities Client Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to understand their ongoing
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring long-term client
Business Development
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the pallets and manufacturing sector.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales and grow the customer
- Generate leads through field activity, networking, referrals, and industry
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company
Sales s Reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales
- Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to internal
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g. production, logistics) to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Key Requirements Essential:
- Proven experience in field sales or account management.
- Strong business development skills with a hunter
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers at all
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales
- Full Irish driving
