SaaS Enterprise Sales Representative
Location: Ireland - Remote
Compensation: Strong base + uncapped commission

I am recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI company delivering advanced within the financial industry.
The Opportunity
We need a self-starting enterprise closer who can build and own their territory. You'll work directly with mid-market and enterprise clients , selling complex solutions to sophisticated buyers. This isn't a role for someone who needs hand-holding-we're looking for a proven revenue generator.
What You'll Do
- Lead product demonstrations to 3-8 stakeholder buying committees
- Run full sales cycles from prospecting to contract signature (3-6 months)
- Build executive relationships with CFOs, finance directors, and C-suite buyers
- Negotiate deal structures with Finance teams on complex contracts
- Maintain detailed pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
What We Need
Non-negotiable:
- 5+ years enterprise B2B sales (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding quota
- Expert in value-based and consultative selling-you lead with insight, not features
- MEDDIC sales methodology experience-you know how to qualify and win complex deals
- Track record of selling services-you understand the scope/quality/cost/time dynamic of complex engagements
- Exceptional discovery skills and business acumen
