Process incoming purchase orders and issue accurate sales invoices
Verify customer information and payment details to ensure order accuracy
Coordinate orders, shipping, and delivery schedules
Handle customer queries via phone and email with professionalism
Maintain up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions
Compile and distribute monthly sales reports
Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment
Route customer feedback to relevant departments for resolution
Contribute ideas for new product additions
Provide general administrative support to the sales function as needed
Experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must
Familiarity with sales metrics and CRM/order processing tools
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Competitive salary: €35,000 - €40,000, depending on experience
