Junior GRC Analyst

About the Role

On behalf of my client I'm a seeking a motivated Junior Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join their growing risk and compliance team. In this role, you will support the assessment, monitoring, and reporting of organizational risks, helping ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting risk assessments across business units and third parties.

• Support the maintenance and monitoring of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Help track and report on compliance activities, incidents, and risk metrics.

• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

• Support the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of third-party vendors from a risk perspective.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX) is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with GRC tools is a bonus.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the GRC domain.
