11 month contract | French language required | Onsite 5 days per week, Dublin

Summary

Our client is seeking a Data Labeling Analyst to support data quality and labeling processes, with a focus on the French market. This role involves analyzing and labeling large datasets to improve AI-driven products, while ensuring compliance with French regulations and cultural context.

Key Responsibilities

• Label, review, and analyze large datasets to support product and AI model improvements
• Ensure compliance with French regulatory, legal, and policy requirements
• Assess and maintain data quality, identifying trends and inconsistencies
• Work with SQL systems and AI tools to support data pipelines
• Simulate real-world and sensitive scenarios to improve data accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage/escalate issues when needed
• Deliver against project deadlines and KPIs

🚨 Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of French/European regulations, politics, and cultural context
• Ability to manage escalations and translate data into clear narratives/insights

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years' experience in data labeling, content moderation, or similar roles
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends/patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using SQL systems and AI tools
• High attention to detail and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with relevant
• Experience with dashboards, big data tools, or data visualization
• Background in policy enforcement or trust & safety environments

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
