    Job Title: Front of House Administrator

    Permanent, Full-Time

    Location: New Market Cork

    Salary: 29,000 - €35,000 DOE

    We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front of House Administrator to join a dynamic team. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors while supporting various internal teams with administrative tasks. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business while delivering excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls, addressing inquiries or passing them to the appropriate team.
    • Manage appointment scheduling and bookings, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide administrative support to multiple internal teams, including finance, sales, and service, helping to manage paperwork, data entry, and reporting as required.
    • Provide administrative support with invoice entry, processing of documents, maintaining accurate customer records and assisting with paperwork.
    • Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, ensuring all relevant materials are stocked and accessible.
    • Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service and support.
    • Update customer records and data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams.
    • Proven experience in a customer-facing administrative role.
    • Experience supporting multiple teams in an administrative capacity is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
    • A professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
