About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator/Mixer to join our dairy production team. Working in the Raw Milk Processing area, you will be responsible for producing batches according to the production plan, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with SOPs. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery used in mixing, pasteurizing, and homogenisation processes

• Ensure production runs efficiently and consistently, meeting quality standards

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe production environment

• Follow company SOPs and production schedules

• Support the Production Manager with additional duties as required

• Be flexible with work schedules and available for overtime when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, including milk handling, batch making, and culturing

• Experience operating and maintaining dairy production machinery

• Computer literacy is essential

• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (no night shift)

• Early mornings and late evenings required based on production needs

• Shift patterns include:

  • 4:00am - 1:00pm

  • 6:00am - 3:00pm

  • 2:00pm - 11:00pm
