Data Analyst

My client is looking for a Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  
  
• Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries and data pipelines
  
  
• Build dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements
  
  
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
  
  
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
  
  
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large relational databases
  
  
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
  
  
• Experience using R for statistical analysis and modelling
  
  
• Solid understanding of data visualisation tools and reporting best practices
  
  
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
