We're currently hiring for a German-Speaking Associate - Customer Excellence Associate - Medical Information to join a leading global healthcare organisation. This is a hybrid position based in Cork, requiring 50% of the month onsite, and offers a competitive salary of up to €45,000, depending on experience. The contract is for 12 months with strong potential for extension.
About the Role
You'll be part of a team that provides accurate, timely, and high-quality medical and pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals and patients across Europe. Your role will be a key link between customers and the medical teams, ensuring they receive trusted information and excellent support.
What You'll Do
- Handle medical information enquiries from healthcare professionals and customers by phone, email, and virtual channels.
- Provide clear, balanced, and compliant information in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately document all interactions in the system, including any product complaints or adverse events.
- Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate specialists.
- Share best practices with the team to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
- Support internal knowledge database updates and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a healthcare, scientific, or medical field).
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A structured, empathetic approach to solving customer enquiries.
- Good time management and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in medical information, customer service, or healthcare is a plus.
