Location: Little Island, Co. Cork (Hybrid Working)
Salary: €28,500 annual salary (Salary review after 12 months of service)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Summary
As a Customer Care Administrator with this company, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to their existing, new and prospective members.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of customer queries via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner
- Processing policy documentation, updates, and general administration accurately
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring data protection compliance while doing so
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (healthcare or insurance experience is an advantage, but not essential)
- Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with systems and MS Office applications
- A positive, professional attitude with a customer-first approach
