Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: €17.04 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Officer (Grade 3) to join an amazing team on a temporary contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support primarily to the HR/Recruitment team, while also assisting other departments as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day clerical support to the HR/Recruitment team in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Manage and screen incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including coordinating interview schedules, supporting vetting processes, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ensure all records and documentation are kept up to date and organised.
- Provide support to other administrative departments as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion while adhering to company policies and GDPR regulations.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain excellent communication with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (experience in HR/Recruitment support is an advantage).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
