Audit Lead / Manager
We are partnering with a premier, well-established Accounting Practice to find an experienced Audit Expert ready to elevate their career.

You will manage a high-caliber portfolio that includes large corporations and major group companies, ensuring your day-to-day work remains dynamic, challenging, and highly rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diverse audit engagements from initial planning and strategic execution through to final completion.
- Partner closely with Firm Partners and the broader Audit Team to deliver exceptional service and drive strategic growth across a varied client portfolio.
- Act as a mentor and supervisor, actively supporting the technical and professional development of junior staff and trainees.
- Go beyond the numbers to provide clients with strategic, actionable insights while continuously expanding your own market expertise.
Key Requirements
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience within a dedicated Audit role, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- A proven ability to navigate tight deadlines seamlessly while maintaining high quality.
- A proactive, client-first approach with a passion for contributing to overall business growth.
