This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician to step into a dynamic, multinational environment. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day financial operations and gain invaluable exposure to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. In this role, you will be deeply embedded in the core finance function, taking ownership of key deliverables:
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and perform robust account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
Commercial Insights: Collaborate on the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key support in monitoring and analyzing budget variances.
Process Compliance: Ensure all regular financial processes strictly align with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Team Support: Work closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team (including the CFO) on ad-hoc projects and general financial duties as the business scales.
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who takes personal pride in the accuracy and quality of their work.
Qualification: Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or a qualified Accounting Technician.
Experience: Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar corporate finance role. Experience working within a multinational environment is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Advanced Excel skills are essential for processing and interpreting complex business data.
Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and listening skills are a must.
