Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee resource allocation, workflow planning, and continuous process optimization to guarantee premium client delivery.

Strategic Client Management: Act as the senior relationship lead for a diverse client portfolio-leading quarterly business reviews and translating complex financial data into actionable commercial insights.

Financial Advocacy: Represent clients at critical external meetings, leading high-stakes financial negotiations and presenting robust bank proposals.

People & Culture Leadership: Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning in alignment with executive leadership, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
The Ideal Candidate

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA).

8+ years of progressive, post-qualification experience within a similar fast-paced, client-facing environment.

A proven track record of managing teams, optimising workflows, and mentoring high-performing professionals.

Deep expertise in management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and a strong working knowledge of Irish VAT legislation and Revenue Commissioners requirements.

A unique hybrid skill set-equally comfortable diving into granular management accounts as they are pitching to banks or advising C-suite clients.
