This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, training, and building strong relationships with retail teams to enhance product knowledge and drive performance.
As the Brand Ambassador/Trainer, you will be the key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to maximise sales. Your focus will be on delivering in-store training, conducting product demonstrations, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and providing technical support where needed. You will play a critical role in improving retail performance through proactive engagement and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on training and support to retail employees and distribution partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's product range and market landscape.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with retail teams to enhance knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper merchandising and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Organise and deliver training sessions tailored to different retail locations.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing training and sales support at the store, district, and regional levels.
- Complete store visit reports using a field management system.
- Work proactively to improve sales processes and overall retail effectiveness.
- Assist with troubleshooting product-related issues, working closely with internal teams and customer support.
- Act as a bridge between sales and other business functions to support company growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or training role.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach.
- Strong technical understanding of consumer products and sales processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate retail staff.
- A valid driver's license is required.
