This large global retail company is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of the brand strategy and retail marketing strategy for the Irish market. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Develop and implement a consumer led retail marketing strategy.
Cross team collaboration to understand consumer needs and trends.
Deliver a brand aligned marketing campaign calendar for the Irish market.
Execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Stakeholder management; driving support and collaboration from internal stakeholders.
Ensure best in class campaign launches.
Work with the digital team to implement digital strategy.
Analyse marketing and campaign performance and make recommendations based on findings.
Present and pitch ideas both internally and externally, and communicate with senior management about new marketing ideas that will enhance business performance.
Agency management and budget management.
Third level qualification in Marketing or other relevant field.
4 + years marketing experience in FMCG or Retail.
People management and stakeholder management experience is essential.
Proven strategic planning and brand management experience.
Commercial, analytical and data driven with previous experience of delivering strategy from consumer and market insights.
Strong project management, multitasking and communication skills, experience working cross functionally in complex fast paced environments.
A confident, enthusiastic, positive and personable individual with excellent relationship building skills.
