Estimating Manager - Mechanical

New opportunity for an Estimating Manager. We are delighted to be working with a leading company based in Dublin who are looking to hire an experienced Estimator. This is a leadership role with responsibility for managing and developing a team of Engineers and Estimators, while driving the commercial performance, quality, accuracy and consistency of the estimating function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring commercially competitive and technically robust project quotations, while working closely with the Business Development, Technical and Specification teams to support business growth.

We are looking for a minimum of 5 years' experience leading and developing technical, estimating, engineering, sales support or similar teams. Strong experience in commercial tendering, estimating processes and project quotations.

Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring and developing team capability.

You will need to have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and any experience within HVAC, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, M&E Contracting or a related sector would be highly advantageous.
