Job Description

Exciting role to join a large group as an Office administrator supporting with IT systems, logistics & purchasing. This is a perfect opportunity for a tech savvy administrator.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator & IT Support to join our Dublin based team. The ideal candidate will be part of the purchasing function and assist in the management of our company's IT infrastructure, providing onsite IT support to staff. The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient, have a strong attention to details, be a logical thinker with problem solving skills and be advanced with Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for all systems and processes unique to the company.

Key Responsibilities: (Please note there will be full training)

Purchasing Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the company's purchasing process, including generating purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

· Assist in the implementation of an MRP system.

· Maintain documentation related to purchasing processes, including supplier contracts, price lists, purchase orders, and inventory records.

· Maintain the data held within the accounting software relating to customers, suppliers, sales prices, purchasing prices, commodity codes, etc.

· Provide insights on price movements and profit levels.

· Assist with the administration of stock takes.

· General office duties.

IT Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot any reported issues and escalate where needed.

· Install and maintain software & hardware ensuring that all employees have access to the necessary tools to perform their job functions.

· Maintain documentation related to IT processes.

· Setup and disabling of staff profiles across all utilised platforms.

· Executing weekly / monthly procedures as part of data management.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in an administrative role

· Experience in logistics, Purchasing, IT administration support or a related field is desireable.

· Proven experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (Vlookups, IF/AND/OR logic, tables, pivot tables and data mining) is essential

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Experience working with 3rd party software systems.

· Familiarity with networking concepts, computer hardware and software, and IT security protocols.

· Proven ability to troubleshoot IT issues
