Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Diary management for C-Suite employees.
- Coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with service providers and external contacts.
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and couriers.
Requirements
