We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team, reporting directly to the customer service manager. This role is based fully on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone/email and input them into company systems.
- Provide delivery timelines and update customer/order details as needed.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams on changes or site readiness.
- Schedule and assign daily deliveries to Chemifloc and third-party carriers.
- Upload delivery/collection info to logistics platforms and manage related queries.
- Arrange supplier collections and communicate details to depots and hauliers.
- Complete post-delivery admin, attach required documents, and close orders for invoicing.
- Support customer service improvements and assist with system updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong IT skills, including ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Skilled in handling customer enquiries, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring prompt support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across locations.
- Must have the right to work in the EU; logistics or freight experience is a plus.
