Job Description
Great opportunity for a mostly remote position with a base in City Centre. Will suit someone interested in making a difference in local communities.
Role: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Dublin City Centre
Duration: Temporary 6 months
Pay Rate: €22 per hour
Our Client is currently seeking highly experienced Relationship Managers to join their team on a temporary basis. We are looking to speak with candidates ideally with a background in Customer Service, Call Centre, and Sales environment. Experience within the medical sector would also be beneficial! You will be involved in much-needed community work so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in their day to day work.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work under pressure and build rapport with clients. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform with technical lead to convey customer needs, establish priorities and manage internal database performance of delivery resources

Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner

Promote high-quality supply and customer service processes
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Customer Service, Sales and Business Development Manager or Contact Centre Manager

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

Strong IT and Admin skills is essential

Working knowledge of G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom and other applications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Customer-oriented mindset, Problem-solving attitude, and Attention to detail

Available to start immediately is essential
