Secretary - Stable Financial Institution

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to a back office team including word processing, filing and documentation work
• Manage travel arrangement and logistics support including flight booking, hotel reservations and car arrangement
• Assist on a range of office administrative tasks

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience, ideally in multinational companies
• Sound computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Collaborative and detail-oriented
