Responsible for Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) of general accounts.
Conduct macro, valuation, and risk assessments based on global financial markets to provide actionable asset allocation recommendations.
Coordinate across multiple departments in alignment with annual strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Lead team collaboration with Product, Actuarial, Compliance, Finance, and other relevant teams to perform Asset-Liability Management (ALM) and liquidity analyses.
Oversaw the end-to-end investment strategy formulation and daily management of fund accounts.
Scope includes, but is not limited to: setting and optimizing investment goals and strategies, managing yield targets, monitoring risks, and maintaining actuarial assumptions.
Manage relationships with external asset managers, including due diligence, selection, contract renewal, ongoing monitoring, and relationship maintenance.
Supervise the performance of multi-asset portfolio managers and conduct dynamic effectiveness evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Actuarial Science, Investment, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in asset allocation.
Prior experience in large insurance institutions or asset management companies is preferred.
Team management experience is preferred.
CFA, SOA, or other equivalent professional designations are preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong teamwork capability and strong ability to work under pressure.
