Portfolio Management: Oversee existing alternative investment portfolios and lead post-investment management for designated direct and fund investments.
Deal Execution & Screening: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of new alternative fund projects, including strategy screening, manager coverage, due diligence, legal negotiations, and final execution.
Reporting & Compliance: Lead internal, group-level, and regulatory reporting for assigned investment projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison with external partners, including asset managers, investment banks, law firms, and audit firms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative disciplines preferred).
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in Insurance Investment or Alternative Portfolio Management.
Strong knowledge of investment project/fund structures, legal frameworks, and documentation.
CFA, CAIA, or FRM designations are highly preferred.
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
