We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Tender Management Specialist to join a dynamic logistics team, focusing on China export freight to the UAE. This role will play a key part in managing tender processes, negotiating competitive freight rates, and coordinating closely with international partners across air and sea freight operations. The successful candidate will work extensively with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners to secure optimal pricing and ensure smooth execution of shipments. This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong coordination with agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage tender processes for China export shipments, primarily to the UAE (air and sea freight)

Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics service providers

Coordinate with overseas agents and partners on shipping arrangements, rates, and customs requirements

Liaise with carriers and local transport partners to ensure efficient shipment execution

Support freight movements across additional lanes, including UK to Hong Kong and Dubai to China

Monitor market trends and carrier performance to optimize cost and service levels

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation standards
Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or tender management

Strong knowledge of China export logistics, particularly to the Middle East region
