Known for pushing boundaries and defining urban style, the menswear collections bridge the gap between contemporary culture and everyday wearability. They are looking for a creative powerhouse to join the Menswear design team
Key Responsibilities:
Collection Design: Conceptualize, sketch, and develop cohesive seasonal menswear collections, with a heavy focus on streetwear, outerwear, cut-and-sew, and denim.
Graphic Identity: Create original graphics, prints, typography, and embroidery designs that resonate with youth culture and the brand's DNA.
Trend & Market Research: Analyze regional youth culture, global streetwear movements, and consumer trends across HK, Macau, and China to ensure the product remains ahead of the curve.
Tech Pack & Fabric Sourcing: Develop detailed tech packs and collaborate with the sourcing and production teams to select the right fabrics, trims, and washing techniques.
Fit & Execution: Oversee sample fittings to ensure the silhouette, oversized cuts, and detailing perfectly match the streetwear aesthetic.
Requirements:
Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid experience in apparel design, specifically focused on menswear and streetwear.
Graphic Skillset: Strong proficiency in creating textile graphics, placement prints, and branding elements. Expert command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.
Market Savvy: A strong understanding of the fashion landscape, fit preferences, and consumer behavior in HK Macao and China
Streetwear DNA: Passionate about sneakers, subcultures, skate/hip-hop culture, and contemporary fashion trends.
Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating menswear silhouettes and strong graphic work is required for application.
