Senior Sourcing Specialist - Sweater

Responsibilities:

• Handle the end to end merchandising process from product development to mass production.
• Negotiate with factories to on pricing and monitor supplier markets for industry trends and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure sample, fit, material, and color requirements meet brand standards.
• Review tech packs and samples with fit technicians and collaborate with material teams for timely quality approvals.
• Serve as a clear, timely liaison between internal colleagues, external counterparts, and customers regarding style, materials, and delivery updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel sourcing and production (knitwear/sweater experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including vlookups and pivot tables).
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and team-collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
