About the role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading innovative, high-impact initiatives, shaping strategic projects, managing stakeholder relationships across sectors, and contributing to transformative social solutions in metropolitan communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of early childhood development interventions and evaluations.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of Trust-supported initiatives to maximize collective impact and generate actionable insights.
- Engage and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, service providers, and government stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Oversee project governance, including advisory committees and taskforce groups, to maintain execution quality and accountability.
- Conduct research and contribute to public communications, including drafting articles and supporting promotional events.
- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and impact assessments, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.
- Support and guide the professional development of team members involved in project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant project management and strategic planning experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Background within child development or social work sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders across sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and liaison capabilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, judgement, and people management skills.
- Experience in event planning and execution is an advantage.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and impact-driven programme development.
